From one of my favorite people Kelli Roa:
“Went to an amazing dinner last week and while every course/bite was great [pictured] is my favorite. It was the second course- Octopus Carpaccio with blackeyed pea salad, celery leaf, chili, parsley aioli and puffed wild rice. Now I only wish that it was a dish at a real restaurant but it was part of a clandestine dinner series put on by the Stag Dining Group”.
