Gelston’s House Burger in East Haddam, Connecticut
Aaron has sent in something amazing. Part of the the idea of this blog is to post the absolute best bite of whatever it is you may be eating and often, that means taking pictures of half eaten food. I know that this not produce the most appealing images, but the idea is share an experience you’re having with your food. So that said in Aaron’s picture i see not one but two amazing bites in his burger. Here’s what he had to say:
-Hand packed patty with no uniform edges
-Cooked medium making it crisp on the outside, soft and juicy in the middle
-Carmelized onions melted into the swiss cheese
-Rosemary aioli
-Soft poppyseed bun
Maybe the perfect burger.
